Exercise classes are run every day of the week, apart from Sundays, and include morning, lunchtime and evening classes. There is a charge for these classes, however it is quite reasonable and there are discounts for pensioners.

YOGA - is suitable for everyone.

YOUNG AT HEART- a low to moderate exercise program suitable for anyone who hasn’t participated in exercise in a while.

AQUA AEROBICS DEEP – a cardiovascular and resistance workout while suspended in by buoyancy belt in deep water.

AQUA AEROBICS SHALLOW - a cardiovascular and resistance workout performed in chest depth water.

AQUA AEROBICS COMBO – a combination of shallow and deep water moves.

AQUA AEROBICS BLAST – a shallow water high intensity class.

AQUA ZUMBA  – make a splash and join the Aqua Zumba pool party!

FIT AND FABULOUS – a moderate intensity class for those who are looking for a progression from “Young at Heart”.

ON THE BALL – this class consists of cardio and resistance training exercise, all centered on the use of the fit ball.

PILATES - focuses on core stability, strength and flexibility. Pilates is suitable for everyone.

TABATA – a high intensity interval training program.

KIDS IN GYM – a 45-min class designed to help young athletes and children build strength, help with flexibility, co-ordination and social skills. This program is at a separate cost (please see reception).

CIRCUIT – is a 45-min class. It has a variety of exercises at each station. Great for beginners to advance participants (work at your own level of fitness).

BABY BELLIES – an 8-week prenatal exercise program. The program consists of three different styles of classes specifically designed for pregnancy. These classes are Aqua fitness, Yoga and Gentle exercise.

STROLLER SHAPE UP – exercise with your baby in a supportive and friendly environment.
